Kelly Porter

when the agency was still in its infancy. Today, she’s Director of Operations, overseeing the day-to-day engine of the business: operations, finance, and HR. Kelly keeps things running smoothly so the team can focus on doing great work for our clients, all while bringing positivity to the office.

Her people-first leadership goes back before Proof Digital. Before joining the agency, Kelly spent years as Deputy Director of neighborhood community centers serving underserved communities, and she began her career as a special education teacher. That throughline (building environments where people can thrive) still shapes how she leads today.

At Proof Digital, Kelly specializes in operational strategy, finance and budget management, resource planning, and HR operations, with a focus on process optimization. She has a natural eye for detail and loves fine-tuning systems to make them better, but what matters most to her is keeping the focus on her team and making sure there’s always room for a little fun along the way.

Off the clock, you’ll likely find Kelly outside running, hiking, or gardening, planning her next travel adventure, or cheering on her favorite sports teams.
