AI fatigue? Read this anyway.

It’s Not Really About the Robots

I know what you’re thinking. Another newsletter about AI?

I get it. My inbox is full of them too.

Sometimes they’re useful. Sometimes they’re telling you to invest in tools you already have. And sometimes they completely miss the mark on how you or your team actually want to use this technology.

Maybe part of you feels like it all blurs together. Or maybe part of you just wants to get back to a culture centered on something more human (I get that too).

My team and I spent a lot of time talking about AI this month. And as much as I want to say “I’m over it,” I’m not. Because our focus wasn’t on experimenting with tools or chasing trends. It was on figuring out how AI actually fits into real workflows, real teams, and real business goals.

We spent that time pooling our knowledge to help advance our clients, colleagues, and community with systems that elevate day-to-day work and give people more time back to just, well, be human.

Check out the resources below. We did all the “AI think,” so you can skip ahead to putting it to work.

A More Useful Take: From Our Site

We know there’s no shortage of AI advice out there. That’s exactly why we built something a little more grounded.

We recently launched new AI and Digital Strategies pages on our site, designed to show how this actually works in practice. Not just what AI can do, but how we’re using it.

Inside, you’ll find a resource hub filled with practical insights, a guide to writing better chatbot prompts, and a breakdown of key AI terms so you’re not stuck looking them up mid-meeting.

If AI has felt overwhelming, this is a clear place to start. And if you’re already using it, it’s a way to get more out of what you have.

You can find it under “What We Do” on our site whenever you’re ready to dig in.

A More Useful Take: From Our Podcast

Most businesses are not struggling to access AI, but they are struggling to use it in a way that actually improves how work gets done.

In our latest podcast episode, guest Ken McLoud, founder of AI engineering company Laconic Tech, walks through how to identify bottlenecks, automate repetitive tasks, and build AI into existing systems to support teams, not replace them.

If you’re looking for a more grounded way to think about AI in your day-to-day, this one is worth a listen.

A More Useful Take: From Our Blog

Stacie Porter Bilger and AI presentation
I recently hosted a masterclass for local SMBs with the Indy Chamber, where I focused on what it actually takes to make AI useful in a business setting. Not just the tools, but the thinking behind them.

We talked through how to define which tasks AI should (and shouldn’t) own, how to identify the right workflows to start with, and why setting clear guardrails for data security matters from day one (and how to do it).

I also shared a practical 30/60/90-day framework to implementing AI in a way that ties back to real outcomes.

You can explore all the key highlights from the session in our latest blog.

Proof team and Tangram supporters at event

Just a few faces that remind us what it’s all for.

We couldn’t pass up the chance to share some of the fun our team had with Tangram and fellow supporters this past weekend. We were proud to help sponsor an event that brings people together to support the incredible work Tangram does for Hoosiers with disabilities.
